There are many styles of bodywork, and below are a few of our specialties that customized to fit your needs in each session:

*Butterfly Touch* 
The butterfly touch is a movement massage, incorporated with an amethyst biomat, that applies passive stretching, pulling, and rocking techniques with gentle rhythmic pressure along the body’s energy lines to increase flexibility, relieve muscle and joint tension and bring balance back the body’s energy systems. The butterfly touch restores postural imbalances and inappropriate patterns of movement thus activating and subtly motivating the body's own inherent healing ability and ultimately creating a healing butterfly effect in the body's systems. Not as relaxing, this style may involve some discomfort (within client discretion) and cause some soreness (up to 24-48 hours).

*Sports Massage*
This style utilizes quicker movements and stretching techniques specifically tailored for those that are more physically active.  The focus is to enhance athletic performance through improving flexibility, assisting muscle recovery, and preventing or treating injury.  Whether a weekend warrior or competitive athlete, this massage will help keep you at peak performance.

*BIOMAT Session* 

During the session you will be lying on the mat fully dressed (we suggest wearing comfortable clothes). You will be taken through a relaxing meditation which will include guidance and relaxing music. Towards the end of your session you will be guided back allowing you to slowly come back into the room relaxed, refreshed and grounded (Please see Information about Amethyst Biomat)

*Intuitive Healing*
Over the years I have had the privileged of learning and experiencing many healing modalities.  I have taken many of those techniques and combined them in order to give you the most effective healing experience.  I am a Reiki Practiioner. Every session I do is different and custom tailored to fit YOUR needs.  I use my intuitive abilities during my healing sessions to help pinpoint medical issues, emotional blocks and other issues that may be effecting your life.  In addition to that I  combine relaxation techniques, chakra balancing, energy balancing techniques and aura cleansing. (*PLEASE BE AWARE THAT INTUITIVE HEALING IS BY NO MEANS A MIRACLE CURE. IT IS JUST PART OF A WHOLE BODY APPROACH TO WELLNESS. TRUE HEALING INVOLVES A COMMITMENT ON THE PART OF THE CLIENT ON MANY DIFFERENT LEVELS.)
